Super Lawyers, a rating service identifying outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas, selected Kimberly Lewellen in the service’s 2020-2021 list for California.
The website and magazine make selections on an annual, state-by-state basis. Lists published for each state represent no more than 5 percent of lawyers statewide.
Lewellen, a trial attorney, and mediator specialized in cases involving high-conflict parties and challenging legal issues in complex family litigation. She is a certified family law specialist by the State Bar of California.
Lewellen | Strebe | Hopper P.C. Partners Among Top 2.5 Percent of Rising Star Attorneys in California
Super Lawyers selected partners Michael R. Strebe, Esq., and Jason Hopper, Esq., on the service’s list of Rising Star attorneys.
This will be Strebe and Hopper’s fourth straight year appearing on the California Rising Stars list.
Super Lawyers also recognized Hopper consecutively as a Rising Star from 2011-2015 when he practiced law in Indiana, for a total of nine annual selections by the rating service.
For Super Lawyers to consider an attorney as a Rising Star, they must be age 40 or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.
Before his career in family law, Strebe served as a civil litigator, criminal defense, and prosecution of attorney malpractice. He specializes in domestic violence defense at Lewellen | Strebe | Hopper and leverages his criminal defense expertise to benefit his clients. He understands the stigma and prejudice of a domestic violence accusation and has the unique expertise to litigate these matters to a successful and discrete conclusion.
Hopper’s experience spans the entirety of family law from initial negotiations and temporary hearings to and through trial and appeal. He leads the firm’s Sacramento office at 555 Capitol Mall, Suite 440.
Lewellen and Strebe are based out of the San Franciso office at 50 Osgood Place, Suite 500.
